Discover how professional development can do more than tick boxes, learn how it can truly empower educators. This session explores how giving teachers autonomy and ownership over their CPD boosts motivation, builds expertise, and lets them follow their passions. Happier, more confident educators lead to stronger schools and better outcomes for students.
Through real-life examples from international schools, our experts will demonstrate how personalised CPD can transform both individual careers and whole-school culture. Whether you’re a teacher or a school leader, this session will give you practical ideas to create a professional learning culture that inspires, engages, and delivers real impact.
