Matthew Burfield
Senior Vice President - Education at GEMS Education
Matthew is a transformational leader, having successfully opened and led five new schools over the past eight years. In addition to launching new schools, he has driven sustained improvement across existing campuses, raising inspection ratings and strengthening school culture and identity.
Alongside his role with GEMS Education, Matthew serves on the Executive Boards of the British Schools of the Middle East (BSME) and the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO). He also works with the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and Penta International as a Lead Improvement Partner and Inspector.

Lucinda Willis
Upper School Principal at ACS Egham
Lucinda is an experienced teaching specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the primary/secondary education industry.
Skilled in leadership, data for inclusion, social justice and diversity, ELL and diverse needs, professional development and evaluation.
Lucinda has a PTC Cetificate in International School Leadership focused on Educational Leadership and Administration from Principals Training Centre.

Lauren Binnington
Director of Learning at St. Christopher's School
Lauren is an experienced executive and senior leader with a demonstrated history of successful leadership and project management.
Skilled in Curriculum Development, Coaching and Building effective teams, Leading Change, Enrichment, Student Welfare, Student Leadership, Secondary Education, and Research.
Lauren is an experienced examiner who recently completed a Master’s in Education with the University of Bath. Passionate about Sustainability Education and developing skills for lifelong learning and problem solving, Lauren is currently undertaking the NPQH.
