About this event
Teacher burnout is a growing global concern - especially among international educators, who often face unique challenges such as cultural adjustment, isolation from support networks, high performance expectations, and blurred work-life boundaries. Combined with increasing administrative demands and limited resources, these factors significantly raise the risk of stress, fatigue, and eventual burnout.
This free 1-hour CPD session is designed to address these critical issues head-on.
We’ll explore the common triggers of burnout specific to international teaching contexts and share evidence-informed strategies to manage workload more effectively. The session offers practical advice and tools to help educators recognise the signs of burn-out and practical suggestions to reduce workload, prioritise wellbeing, and build more sustainable professional practices.
Certification will be sent to ISN members upon completion of the event.
