Sian Jorgenson

Sian has supported children and families affected by abuse as a Social Worker and Counsellor in the UK and internationally for 20 years.
Sian has led wellbeing initiatives in schools across the UK, SE Asia, and the West Indies, including British School Jakarta.
As founder of Encompass Safeguarding, Sian provides consultancy and training to help international schools create safer environments for children.

Hayley Wilson
Deputy Head of Senior School (Pastoral, Community and Wellbeing) at Kellett School, The British International School in Hong Kong
Hayley has been teaching for 18 years across 4 continents in British International Schools.
A pastoral leader since 2011, with a masters in leading Mental Health and wellbeing in schools and Level 3 counselling skills, Hayley has also written and lead bespoke training on how to be a Senior Mental Health Lead in an international setting.
Hayley is passionate about helping schools and educators do all that they can for the students in their care.

Anna Bateman
Senior Education Consultant, Specialising in Mental Health Strategy and Training
Anna is founder of Halcyon Education, an organisation which puts mental health and wellbeing at the heart of school improvement. She has 30 years education experience, and works for local and national organisations, advising and training Senior Mental Health Leads.
Current roles are the Director for Wellbeing and family services at a Multi-academy Trust and Lead mental health subject specialist at The National College.
