About this event
What does it mean to create a culture of belonging in an international school? This question has always been relevant for educators but is becoming increasingly resonant as the current Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world continues to unfold.
As we emerge from the pandemic years, it can sometimes feel like we are more disconnected than ever before. And yet we know that for our communities to flourish we must create deeper and stronger relationships that ensure our members feel seen, safe and respected.
The question is how.
Here at MSB we have made 2023 our year of Belonging and we are delighted to invite you to a conference devoted to leading belonging in international schools.
Join us for this half day conference where we explore how you can create real belonging within your community, despite all the challenges that hold.

What can you expect to take away from this session?
1
A clear understanding of the theory and thinking behind belonging and organisational health
2
Awareness of where your community is right now and what belonging looks like in your setting
3
Specific strategies to foster and build belonging in your school
4
Key lessons and experiences from other leading professionals in international schools
Conference Guarantee:
"We guarantee a highly interactive, engaging and enjoyable conference that offers simple, straightforward, no-nonsense, applicable content that you can apply immediately in your setting. No edu-waffle and no pomposity".
